ADDITIONAL NOTES

·       Only Certified and Approved officials are eligible for post-season playoff assignments.

·       A member’s failure to complete the mandatory exam with a score of 70 or better and attend the mandatory rules clinic makes them ineligible for varsity game assignments and is not in good standing during the current season.  A member who fails to meet the mandatory requirements for two consecutive seasons will result in expulsion.

·       An official may apply in writing using the approved form to the TASO state office for a “hardship exemption” from the mandatory requirements.
